Green Arrow Electrical is a locally owned Adelaide company specializing in solar and battery solutions, alongside comprehensive general electrical work and air conditioning services. Backed by our experienced in-house installation teams, we are expanding our direct sales division and are on the hunt for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant with a proven ability to follow up leads and close deals.

We’re looking for driven salespeople who thrive on targets, understand CRM discipline, and genuinely enjoy competing to perform at a high level. We provide the leads, but if you have the ability to develop your own channels, that's a huge bonus.

What We Offer

• Strong Base: $65,000 base salary + Super.
• Uncapped Commission: Limitless earning potential for top performers.

• Excellent Work-Life Balance: Strictly Monday to Friday. You can choose your hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We do not work weekends, and there is no expectation of overtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take complete ownership of qualified sales opportunities—from initial consultation through to proposal, follow-up, and securing the deposit.

• Managing a pipeline of qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Conducting professional phone consultations to understand customer energy usage, goals, and requirements.
• Designing tailored solar and battery solutions.
• Presenting proposals and building value around premium solutions.
• Handling objections confidently and closing deals.
• Following a structured sales and follow-up process while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborating with Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven success in high-ticket phone or consultative sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong pipeline management and absolute follow-up discipline.
• A highly motivated closer who is also a great cultural fit—approachable, easy to work with, and a true team player
• Highly coachable—ability to take feedback, implement it, and continuously improve.
